Jacob Ner-David, Chairman: Jacob is the founder and managing partner of Jerusalem Capital, a VC fund focused on Israeli-related Technology-Enabled Service (TES) companies. He has been a successful entrepreneur for more than a decade. He has built and managed four companies to profitable exits, raising over $150 million from leading venture capital funds, institutional investors, and strategic industry players. Lior Lifshitz, Director: Lior is currently a member of the company board and a managing partner at Jerusalem Capital. Previously he founded and managed the ProSeed Venture Capital Fund, and managed funds at leading investment companies such as the RDT Group and Ilanot Batucha, an asset management company within Clal Ltd., On the corporate side, Lior was CEO of Optid Ltd., a seed-stage company in the Electro-Optics sector. Kobi Livne, Director: Kobi is an expert in the Telco and advertising and media industries who held a number of senior positions at Amdocs, including Group President for all Amdocs activities in regions outside of America. Previously, he was division president of the Advertising and Media Division where he managed all yellow pages customer accounts at tier 1 publishers in North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific.
